What sorts of things do customers often ask you before they decide to buy custom embroidery?
Common questions include:
- Can I provide the items for you to embroider? Yes. You are welcome to provide your own uniforms and other items. Please be advised that any items provided need to be replaceable. Embroidery usually goes smoothly, however when something does go wrong it rarely can be unpicked and can lead to the item being ruined. Although this is rare. Because I can not embroider sentimental items directly onto the item, instead we can offer to embroider the design separately and add it to the sentimental item.
- What size design is best for my project? For left chest, caps and beanies select the small digitizing option. For across the chest or back please select the larger digitizing option. If you want both sizes please select both options. Stitch files can only be scaled up and down by a maximum of 10% without ruining the stitch quality/design, therefore the image/logo would require to be digitized twice to ensure quality results.
- Does this item come in other colours? Some brands renew and change the colours of their products. If you are looking for a particular colour you can email me at sewingstash@hotmail.com and I can check my supplier for their current colours that are in stock
- Can I change the colour of the design? You can make amendments to you design colours before production starts.
What important information should customers know when they're providing their own designs or choosing items for embroidery?

- Images need to be clear.
- Select the right size digitizing for your intended products, i.e hats, caps and left chest select small. For across the chest or back select larger embroidery.
Once someone places an order, what are the most common questions they have about payment, delivery, or returns?
Typical post-order questions include:
- Can I return a custom order? Unfortunately no, custom orders can not be returned unless faulty. Orders can be cancelled before production has started
- Can I make amendments to my design after my order has been started? If you decide to change your design after production has started, you will have to pay again for items already embroidered. Designs will be confirmed before production via email.
- Do I need to pay for my logo to be digitized again if I order through you again (business logos)? All business branding logos are kept on file for returning customers so you do not need to pay for digitizing again. Unless you require a different size then previously ordered, then you will need to pay for the size you require.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Turn around time is 5-10 days. This is because it isn't possible for us to stock every item in every size and colour at our premises. Products are ordered in and then embroidered by us. Digitizing is also outsourced, which usually takes a few hours to come back. The design is then stitched out to test the quality of the design and any amendments made before we stitch out your design on your products.
